Digital inspections not only make it easier for customers to see the “why” of the need for service, they also give the history of how items like brakes and tires wear over time, prepping them for the eventual replacement.

No more explaining the situation. Through video and pictures, customer can now educate themselves and build a better level of trust with your shop, resulting in more sales and less wasted time.
