You can now drag and drop appointments directly on the Retention Pro calendar.

Smarter “Create Estimate” Workflow

We’ve enhanced how estimate creation works within the Repair Order page.

More Accurate Address Validation for Mailers

Better validation ensures customer addresses are correct before sending Direct Mail campaigns.

Rename “Unknown Caller” in Text Conversations

If someone texts your shop and isn’t in your system yet, you can now rename them instantly.

Labor notes now appear in the correct place above labor lines.

Restored Visibility of Older Inspection Media

Videos and images from inspections prior to v4.23.0 now display correctly.

Right-click menu access has been restored.

Mobile Manager Pro (MMP)

QR Code Scanning is Back

QR scanning now works again during device configuration following Android 15 changes.
