🤖 Smarter AI Control with MILES

Customer-Level AI Response Controls

You now have the ability to exclude specific customers from receiving MILES-powered AI responses using a new “AI” preference toggle inside the customer profile.

Not every customer wants the same communication experience. This update gives you granular control over automation—so you can respect individual preferences while still leveraging the power of MILES across your broader customer base.

As we continue preparing for MILES 2.0, flexibility and personalization remain a top priority.



📬 Greater Transparency for Direct Mail

Before activating a Direct Mail campaign, you’ll now see a confirmation prompt acknowledging that additional costs apply.

🌐 Faster Website Launches with PitStop

When creating a new PitStop website, Review and Appointment iframes now automatically populate with your shop’s sources—and they render properly on mobile by default.

You can launch faster and trust that your online booking and reviews are ready to perform from day one.



📊 Enhanced Reviews Analytics

The Reviews Analytics panel is now fully connected to the backend and includes filtering for shops using Reputation Manager.

We’ve also delivered several important fixes to improve reliability across the platform.

📞 Improved Phone Number Validation

Updated validation logic reduces unnecessary manual verification when preparing customer records.

📅 More Accurate Repair Order Pickup Dates

Corrected sync logic to ensure “Pickup” dates reflect accurately in reporting.

Result: Daily operational metrics now align with real shop activity.



🔁 Improved Initial Sync Accuracy

Resolved inconsistencies between preliminary sync counts and actual data totals—especially important for Mitchell1 integrations.

Result: Greater confidence during onboarding and SMS setup.



📧 Email Formatting Fix

Fixed an issue where images were not rendering correctly in email notifications.

Result: Cleaner, more professional customer communications.



🧾 ProPack / Mobile Manager Pro (DVI_v4.29.0)

Additional enhancements and fixes were rolled out across ProPack tools:

🧾 Report Pro — Invoice Email Formatting (Mitchell)

Fixed overlapping shop email addresses on classic invoice templates.

Result: Improved readability and professional presentation.



📲 Duplicate Appointment Reminder Fix

Resolved an issue that caused duplicate reminder messages to be sent.

Result: Reduced customer confusion and fewer messaging complaints.



🛢️ Lube Sticker Pro — Open Work Order Scraping (NAPA)

Fixed a data continuity issue preventing customer information from populating properly.

Result: Restored reliability and expected behavior.
